Medicaid-Sex Offender-Erectile

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of the Code, no payment shall be authorized under the Medicaid program for any drug or medical device prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction if the individual for whom the drug or medical device is prescribed is listed in the Statewide Sex Offender Database maintained by the Department of State Police. Effective immediately.
