Amends the Drug Court Treatment Act. Provides that the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts shall conduct education seminars for judges throughout the State on how to operate drug court programs with a specific emphasis on cases involving the illegal possession of methamphetamine. Effective July 1, 2005.
