Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law, the State Finance Act, and the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates the Sarcoidosis Research Fund. Allows the Department of Public Health to make grants for sarcoidosis research from appropriations to the Department from the Fund. Requires the Department of Revenue to include a checkoff on the standard individual income tax form for contributions to the Sarcoidosis Research Fund.
