Veh Cd-Late Reg Fees-Military

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that members of the United States Armed Forces and members of the Armed Forces Reserve and the National Guard who are ordered to active duty are not required to pay a delinquent registration renewal fee during a period in which a presidential executive order specifies that the United States is engaged in combat or homeland defense. Effective immediately.
