Clean Ind Air Act-Hlth Facil

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Clean Indoor Air Act. Provides that no person shall smoke in an area immediately outside the vicinity of a hospital or nursing home if that area of the hospital or nursing home has been established as a non-smoking area by the State or unit of local government, or by a proprietor and his or her agents in control of the hospital or nursing home.
