Motor Fuel-Ethanol

Abstract

Amends the Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2008, all gasoline sold or offered for sale at retail in this State for use in cars or trucks upon the highways of this State must contain at least 10% ethanol, and beginning January 1, 2012, all such gasoline must contain at least 15% ethanol.
