Land Transfer-Aroma Park

Abstract

Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources to quit claim certain described property to the Village of Aroma Park in Kankakee County for $1 in consideration, with reversion to the State if the property ceases to be used for public recreational purposes. Effective immediately.
