Atty Gen Act-Office-Civ Rights

Abstract

Amends the Attorney General Act. Requires the Attorney General to establish within its criminal division an Office of Civil Rights to investigate official misconduct by the Attorney General, state's attorneys, attorneys employed by the Attorney General, and attorneys employed by state's attorneys.
