Adopt-A-Highway-Interstates

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Adopt-A-Highway Act. Deletes language providing that a group may not adopt an interstate highway for purposes of litter collection. Provides that a group may not allow a person under the age of 18 to collect litter along an interstate highway.
