Vehicle Code-Motorcycles

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Changes the requirements for a person who is under the age of 18 to operate a motorcycle to include successful completion of a motorcycle training course approved by the Illinois Department of Transportation (instead of just completing the course). Effective January 1, 2004.
