Veh Cd-Rental Charge Disclosed

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that any person who rents a motor vehicle to another must advertise, quote, and charge a rental rate that includes the entire amount, including (rather than except) taxes and any mileage charge that the renter must pay.
