Suicide Prevention & Treat Act

Abstract

Creates the Suicide Prevention and Treatment Act. Creates the Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Strategy Council, which shall submit a comprehensive suicide prevention strategy to the Governor and the General Assembly. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall establish 5 pilot programs that provide training and establish programs relating to suicide prevention.
