Pharmacy-Temporary License

Abstract

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987. Requires the Department of Professional Regulation to issue a temporary license to an applicant who has (i) an active license in another state, (ii) met all the requirements for licensure in Illinois except for having passed the required examination, and (iii) paid the required fees.
