Amends the Medical Patient Rights Act. Adds pharmaceutical companies to the list of persons and entities that are prohibited from disclosing the nature or details of services provided to patients. Prohibits a pharmaceutical company from requiring that a patient authorize disclosure to receive medications. Effective immediately.
