Abstract

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person at least 21 years of age who is convicted of a gang-related felony (regardless of the Class of felony), after having been twice convicted of a Class 2 or greater Class felony, shall be sentenced as a Class X offender. Effective immediately.
