Residential Renters Rights Act

Abstract

Creates the Residential Renters' Rights and Responsibilities Act. Applies to residential tenancies. Contains provisions regarding: creation of tenancies; rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants; the rights of tenants to organize; changes in the terms of tenancies; termination of tenancies; security deposits; court actions; and other matters.
