Higher Ed-Stu Conduct-Max Fine

Abstract

Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities in Illinois. Provides that a university may not impose a fine on a student for violating a university policy governing student conduct in an amount that exceeds $25 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense, $75 for a third offense, or $100 for a fourth or subsequent offense.
