Vehicle Code-Abandoned Vehicle

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the owner (instead of the driver) of a vehicle is responsible for paying fines, charges, and costs on an abandoned vehicle and may be penalized for failure to do so.
