Use & Occ Tax-Rate On Gasohol

Abstract

Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the tax imposed by these Acts on gasohol applies to 70% of the proceeds of sales made on or after January 1, 1990 and before January 1, 2008 (now, July 1, 2003), and to 100% of the proceeds of sales made thereafter. Effective July 1, 2003.
