Cd Corr-Extended Term

Abstract

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person who is convicted of aggravated criminal sexual assault or aggravated criminal sexual abuse may receive an extended term sentence if the victim was under the influence of Rohypnol or GHB during the offense. Also permits an extended term sentence for a conviction of aggravated battery upon a victim under 18 years of age if the defendant administered Rohypnol or GHB to the victim.
