Elec-Leading Party Judges

Abstract

Amends the Election Code. Redefines the "leading political party" to consider votes received in the most recent gubernatorial election (now, the most recent 3 gubernatorial elections). Requires the selection of precinct election judges in proportion to the 2 leading political parties only when precinct boundaries are stable and to the extent possible.
