Drug Treatment-Terminatn Notic

Abstract

Requires providers of court-ordered drug treatment services as a condition of probation to notify the circuit clerk of the court that ordered the treatment within 24 hours after treatment is terminated or no longer being provided, regardless of the reason. Provides that the providers shall refund to the court any amount paid for services not provided on a per diem basis.
