Nursing-Qualifications For Lic

Abstract

Amends the Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act. Provides that an applicant for registered nurse licensure or licensed practical nurse licensure shall have graduated, or will graduate prior to testing, from an approved program. Effective immediately.
