Crim Cd-Child Sex Offense

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that when the victim of a sex offense is under age 18 at the time of the offense, a prosecution for the offense or for failure to report the offense may be commenced within 20 (instead of 10) years after the child victim attains age 18.
