Trusts & Pod Acct-Beneficiary

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Trust and Payable on Death Account Act. Provides that a charitable organization, a corporation, a partnership, a joint venture, a trust, an estate, or an unincorporated association may be the beneficiary of a trust or a designated owner of a payable on death account. Effective immediately.
