Pub Health-Aids Screening

Abstract

Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires that, beginning July 1, 2004, the Department must develop and disseminate public service announcements that promote AIDS/HIV screening.
