Energy Efficiency Building Act

Abstract

Creates the Energy Efficient Building Act. Establishes an Energy Efficient Building Code that shall apply to all new residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in this State. Provides for technical assistance to certain design professions to explain the requirements of the Code. Amends the State Finance Act to create the Energy Efficient Building Fund. Effective immediately.
