Elec Sch-Campaign Free Zone

Abstract

Amends the Election Code and the School Code. Requires that election officers place at least 2 markers 100 feet beyond the entrance to the room in a polling place where voting occurs. Permits electioneering on polling place property beyond the campaign free zone designated by the markers. Preempts home rule. Effective immediately.
