Crim Cd-Child Porn Images

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Requires an Internet service provider or a person who services or repairs computers who has knowledge of or observes in his or her professional capacity a computer image depicting a person under 18 years of age performing certain sexual acts to report the fact to a peace officer immediately or as soon as possible. Provides that failure to report is a petty offense with a $1,000 fine.
