Civ Pro-Substitution Of Judges

Abstract

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that under no circumstances shall a party be entitled to a substitution of judge as of right unless the motion for substitution is filed within 120 days after the action is assigned to the judge or the party files an appearance, whichever is later.
