Idph-State Response Awareness

Abstract

Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Public Health to conduct an information campaign for members of the general public and for medical professionals as part of a statewide response plan to a national public health threat. Effective immediately.
