Abstract

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Requires a person convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine or of the possession of a methamphetamine manufacturing chemical to pay restitution for the cost of an emergency response to the site where the manufacture of methamphetamine occurred. The restitution payment may not exceed $5,000 per public agency.
