Managed Care Pharmcy Exception

Abstract

Amends the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act in relation to pharmacy providers. Provides that a health care plan that is wholly owned by a physicians' group organized under the Professional Service Corporation Act does not have to comply with requirements prohibiting discrimination against pharmacy providers.
