Amends the Data Governance and Organization to Support Equity and Racial Justice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 65/20-1 Adds reference to: 15 ILCS 335/5 from Ch. 124, par. 25 625 ILCS 5/6-110 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-110 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Identification Act and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an applicant for an identification card or driver's license who is an employee of the Department of Children and Family Services with a job title of "Child Protection Specialist Trainee", "Child Protection Specialist", "Child Protection Advanced Specialist", "Child Welfare Specialist Trainee", "Child Welfare Specialist", or "Child Welfare Advanced Specialist" may elect to use his or her office or work address in lieu of the applicant's residence or mailing address on an application for an identification card or driver's license. Effective January 1, 2024. House Committee Amendment No. 1 Changes the effective date from January 1, 2024 to an immediate effective date.
