Amends the Community Service Education Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 105 ILCS 60/1 Adds reference to: 110 ILCS 167/15 new Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Public Higher Education Act. Provides that, in determining admission to a public institution of higher education, the public institution of higher education may not consider an applicant's legacy status or the applicant's familial relationship to any past, current, or prospective donor of something of value to the public institution of higher education as a factor in admitting the applicant. Effective immediately.
