Primary
Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. Provides that land acquisition is included in the definition of "project". Effective immediately. Senate Floor Amendment No. 2 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the definition of "project" includes any land acquisition that is conducted by either the Department of Transportation or Illinois Toll Highway Authority and that requires architectural, engineering, or land surveying services.
