Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 625 ILCS 5/1-100 Adds reference to: 605 ILCS 125/20 605 ILCS 125/23.1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Roadside Memorial Act. Provides that a DUI memorial marker and a fatal crash memorial marker shall be maintained for at least 4 (rather than 2) years from the date the last person was memorialized on the marker.
