Abstract

Amends the Salaries Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 290/0.1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the Director of the Department of Natural Resources to execute and deliver to Two Rivers Fisheries, for and in consideration of the appraised value as determined by a Certified General Appraiser, a quitclaim deed to specified real property located in the Alexander County. Effective immediately.
