Amends the Anti-Registry Program Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 185/1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the Director of the Department of Natural Resources to execute and deliver to Lake County, for $1, specified property located in Lake County, subject to certain conditions. Effective immediately.
