Pesticide-Tree Damage

Abstract

Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act. Increases monetary penalties, and increases point values in determining monetary penalties. Distinguishes pesticide effects on woody perennial plants and herbaceous plants with respect to penalties. Defines terms. Fiscal Note (Dept of Agriculture) This legislation will have a total fiscal impact of $1,453,527.50 on the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
