Official State Bean

Abstract

Amends the State Designations Act. Provides that the soybean is designated as the official State bean of the State of Illinois. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 460/37 new Adds reference to: 5 ILCS 460/1 from Ch. 1, par. 2901-1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Designations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
