Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Removes a provision repealing the Risk Retention Companies Article of the Illinois Insurance Code on January 1, 2027. Effective immediately. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Adds reference to: 215 ILCS 5/123B-15 new Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that the Risk Retention Companies Article is repealed on January 1, 2057. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to make a conforming change. Effective immediately.
