Crim Cd-Cyberstalking-Anxiety

Abstract

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Adds a definition of "anxiety" to the statute defining cyberstalking based upon the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5) definition of anxiety.
