Amends the Uniform Act for the Extradition of Persons of Unsound Mind. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 405 ILCS 10/1 Adds reference to: 410 ILCS 150/35 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Autism and Co-Occurring Medical Conditions Awareness Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 (rather than August 12, 2021 (5 years after the Act's effective date)). Effective immediately.
