If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st General Assembly becomes law, amends the Transportation Network Providers Act. Repeals the Act on January 1, 2027 (instead of June 1, 2021). Effective immediately. Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Repeals the Transportation Network Providers Act on January 1, 2023 (instead of January 1, 2027).
