Sch Cd-Prevent Youth Suicide

Abstract

Amends the School Code. Makes changes to provisions regarding youth suicide awareness and prevention. Sets forth some of the characteristics of students at an increased risk of suicide. Effective immediately. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Changes the effective date of the Act to July 1, 2022 (rather than effective immediately).
