Amends the School Code. Requires the State Board of Education's school report cards to include the number of teachers who are National Board Certified Teachers. Effective immediately. Senate Committee Amendment No. 2 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill, but requires the number of teachers who are National Board Certified Teachers to be disaggregated by race and ethnicity. Effective immediately. Senate Floor Amendment No. 3 Changes the effective date to July 1, 2022 (rather than effective immediately).
