Primary
Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 40 ILCS 5/1-101.1 Adds reference to: 40 ILCS 5/22-101B Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Miscellaneous Collateral Provisions Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that effective January 1, 2022, all employees of the Chicago Transit Authority shall contribute to the Retiree Health Care Trust in an amount not less than 1% (instead of 3%) of compensation.
