Amends the Governor Transition Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the orderly transition of the office of Governor. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 15 ILCS 10/1 Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 45/40 rep. Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Open Operating Standards Act. Repeals language repealing the Act on January 21, 2021.
