Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 100/5-90 Adds reference to: 40 ILCS 5/2-127 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 2-127 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the General Assembly Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Removes the President of the Senate or his designee from the Board of Trustees of the System. Adds a member of the Senate appointed by the President to the Board of Trustees of the System. Makes a conforming change. Effective immediately.
